To avoid disappointment, please be aware that we service areas of the City of Toronto, and the closest boroughs to the city's vicinity.

DELIVERY / SETUP / PICK UP

OPTION 1

FREE OF CHARGE

Customer pickup and drop-off are free of charge.

The setup and take-down are simple and take 30 minutes before and after your scheduled event time. Customers will be given instructions and explanations on how to assemble the kit upon pickup.

Please inquire at the time of booking. Payment is expected at pickup in cash or via etransfer to bambini.partyrentals@gmail.com.

Customers are expected to return the same day, or if accessible, the following day no later than 24 hours.

OPTION 2

$60-120 within the City of Toronto

Bambini Party Rentals is dedicated to giving clients everything they require, which naturally includes this particular service. In order to give ourselves enough time to go to the destination, unload the car, transport and move the equipment to the appropriate location, assemble, set up, and take down the equipment without any problems, we usually allot 30 to 40 minutes before and after each delivery for events.

For orders larger than normal, the set-up time is 60 minutes.

* $60 regular delivery/setup/pickup services fee within the City of Toronto

* additional surcharge applicable upon:

1. condo deliveries,

2. extra time spent on arrangements, party rooms are not on the main level, require use of visitor parking, paid parking, use of elevators, wait time for elevators, etc.

3. extra distance requiring haulage of items from parking to the event room, i.e. community center deliveries

We kindly ask our clients to provide us the time for a pack-up before the venue closes and/or the next upcoming event (after yours) starts at the venue, in order to avoid the rush and inconvenience.

OPTION 3

Deliveries outside of the City of Toronto are quoted separately based on distance and venue type.

For orders outside of the City of Toronto:
Should you require delivery outside of the City of Toronto please request a quote for delivery/setup/pick up well prior to your event.

Should you have special instructions on delivery requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
